Susan Senf

Sue Senf joined Prolifiq Software in October 2011 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for finance, corporate development and investor relations.

Sue has 15 years experience in investment banking with Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch where she worked with emerging growth to Fortune 500 companies.  She has transaction experience in both private and public markets including private placements, IPOs, follow-on equity, debt, convertible securities and merger and acquisition transactions. While at Merrill Lynch, Sue marketed and executed corporate finance and strategic advisory transactions for clients in the technology sector.  Sue has also provided financial consulting services to corporate clients, both as an accountant and consultant with Ernst and Young and as an independent consultant.

Sue earned her BA in Economics with distinction from Stanford University.  She has been active as a community volunteer, serving on the Stanford Association of Oregon Board, Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Forest Hills Elementary School Advisory Committee.
