Vrahram Kadkhodaian, CEO

Vrahram Kadkhodaian is the CEO of Prolifiq. He joined Prolifiq in September 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer and transitioned into the role of CEO in February 2017. Vrahram is responsible for driving the company’s continued growth and vision by building upon Prolifiq’s longstanding legacy of innovation, customer centricity, and passion for solving complex business challenges.

Vrahram has spent over a decade in executive sales leadership positions, working for organizations such as Wells Fargo, CDC Software (Pivotal CRM), and Salesforce, where he has been responsible for not only customer acquisition & customer success, but also go-to-market strategy and distribution, locally and internationally. 

Vrahram specializes in scaling and building Sales teams with methodologies that are proven across all market segments.  Putting the customer first and bridging the gap between People, Process & Technology is at the forefront of every decision that is made. 

At Northern Illinois University, Vrahram was captain of the Division 1 men’s soccer team, and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.

William Green,

William (Bill) Green, CRO

Bill is the Chief Revenue Officer of Prolifiq. Bill is responsible for leading the global commercialization initiatives of Prolifiq including sales, alliances and marketing to ensure customer success and revenue growth.

Bill has more than 20 years of progressive experience in technology solution selling, sales leadership and global management.  Bill joined Prolifiq from Salesforce where he held various sales and sales leadership roles in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice area. Prior to that Bill was President of Enterprise Sales at CDC Software and has extensive experience with sales and marketing leadership in enterprise software across many verticals.

Bill graduated from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

   

Hemingway Huynh,

Hemingway Huynh, CTO

As Chief Technology Officer for Prolifiq, Hemingway oversees the company's technology and innovation. By applying his incisive sense of vision, ability for discerning industry gaps and trends, and technical expertise, Hemingway drives Prolifiq's customer-centric, mobile first platform. He has co-authored 6 U.S. and international patents protecting the core technology of Prolifiq’s platform.

Since co-founding Prolifiq in 1999, Hemingway has served in several capacities, including president and head of development. A graduate of the University of Portland and an Oregon Presidential Scholar, Hemingway previously worked as a software engineer for Hewlett-Packard and the Portland Trail Blazers. He received his MBA from Ohio University while building Prolifiq in 2001.

Anh Huynh, VP of Product Engineering & Development

A co-founder of Prolifiq, Anh runs Prolifiq’s research and development. With a no-nonsense, creative approach to development, Anh gets the most out of himself and his team. He has co-authored 6 U.S. and international patents protecting the core technology of Prolifiq’s platform.

Lisa Parker,
VP of Marketing

Lisa Parker, VP of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing for Prolifiq, Lisa leads all Prolifiq’s marketing efforts, including: marketing strategy, product marketing, brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement.

Lisa has over 13+ years of marketing experience in life sciences and high tech industries. Prior to joining Prolifiq in 2008, she managed demand generation and sales enablement programs for Tektronix, a leading test and measurement company. Previously, Lisa held account manager positions with B2B agencies serving high-tech enterprise clients, including: AT&T Wireless, Microsoft, Getty Images and WebEx.

Lisa graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Public Policy and minor in Business.

   

Linda Ho,
VP of Customer Success

Linda Ho, VP of Customer Success

Linda joined Prolifiq in 2007 as an Account and Marketing Program Manager. In 2011, she transitioned into the role of Director of Strategic Accounts and oversaw the company's customers in the financial services, media and entertainment, and high tech industries, such as Cisco Systems. She has won enterprise-level awards for marketing programs and innovation with Prolifiq's customers, specializing in customer behavior, data analysis, and campaign management. She then shifted into the role of Director of Client Services, expanding the customer base she serves to include the Life Sciences industry, delivering on client implementations, integrations, and professional services projects.

In January of 2018, Linda assumed the role of VP of Customer Success, managing the Customer Success team and is responsible for customer strategy, roadmap development, and providing top level client services for customer success.

Prior to Prolifiq, Linda worked at Intel Corporation for 5+ years in technical and communications roles, where she was involved in content strategy, website management, graphic design and internal communications.

Linda graduated from Portland State University with a double major degree in Marketing and Information Systems.

Jeff Farnsworth,

Jeff Farnsworth, VP of Professional Services

A co-founder of Prolifiq, Jeff serves as the VP of Professional Services in which he’s responsible for the overall delivery of the Prolifiq platform to clients and managing the Prolifiq Engineering Team. He has co-authored 6 U.S. and international patents protecting the core technology of Prolifiq’s platform.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon in 1997, with a minor in Art History. Following an affinity for technology, he left architecture to work for the Portland Trail Blazers where he met Hemingway. Together with Anh, they started a little company called H2F Labs, which ultimately became Prolifiq.

 

Emily Fellman,
Director of Channels & Alliances

Emily Fellman, Director of Channels & Alliances

Emily Fellman joined Prolifiq in July 2011 as an Account Director, working with the company’s global technology, medical device and pharmaceutical customers. She helped build and oversee the company’s Medical Device practice, which includes customers such as Stryker, Medtronic and Getinge. In February 2018, Emily assumed the role of Director of Channels and Alliances. She leads the Channel & Alliances efforts for Prolifiq, which includes developing and managing partner relationships, building and managing the company’s lead referral program and increasing brand awareness.

Prior to Prolifiq, Emily spent 10+ years in Sales and Account Lead roles in the human resources, technology and public relations/marketing industries, working with customers such as AT&T, Nautilus and Regence BlueCross BlueShield.  Her functional expertise spans sales enablement, marketing operations, CRM, content management, technology integrations, digital and analytics.

An avid Ducks fan, Emily is a graduate of The University of Oregon, where she earned a degree in Journalism, Public Relations with a minor in Business.

Tuan Nguyen,
Director of Finance & Accounting

Tuan Nguyen, Director of Finance & Accounting

Tuan joined Prolifiq in December 2013 as a Senior Revenue Accountant and transitioned into his current role as the Director of Finance & Accounting. Tuan is responsible for all aspects of finance and administration and serves as Board Secretary.

Prior to Prolifiq, Tuan spent 5 years working in both regional and national public accounting firms where he provided auditing and accounting services to clients in the real estate industry.

Tuan graduated with a Chemistry degree from Oregon State University and Accounting from Portland State University. 

Tuan loves the Pacific Northwest outdoors. He enjoys snowboarding during the winter and hiking during the summer.

Kirby Dyess, Chair

Kirby Dyess is currently the Principal in Austin Capital Management LLC, where she evaluates, invests in, and assists early-stage companies in the Pacific Northwest. Until 2003, Kirby was a corporate vice president of Intel Corporation; her latest assignment was as director of operations for Intel Capital, where she was responsible for 50 acquisitions and their integration and managed a portfolio of over 400 companies worldwide. She held a variety of positions during her 23 years with Intel, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Vice President New Business Development. She served as President of the Oregon State Board of Higher Education for five years and was a member of the OHSU Board. She currently chairs the Board of Prolifiq and serves as a director for Compli, AISI, Itron, VIA Systems, and PGE.

Vrahram specializes in solving complex business problems by leveraging technology in regulated markets, such as financial services & healthcare, with an emphasis in medical devices & pharmaceuticals.

 

Michael Henderson,

Michael Henderson, Director

Mike is a former Chairman of the company and is a founder and Chairman of Albina Community Bank. Mike is the retired President of PacifiCorp Holdings, a subsidiary of PacifiCorp, which held the Company's investments in telecommunications, alternative energy, independent power generation, and financial services. He also served in executive positions in many of these subsidiaries from 1991 through 1998. He was CEO of Crescent Foods from 1986 through 1991. Previously, Mike led the management consulting practice in the Pacific Northwest for Deloitte Haskins & Sells during his 17-year career in Public Accounting.

He has served on many Boards during his eclectic career, including Longview Fibre, Tazo Tea, and Veris Industries prior to their sale. He currently serves on the Board of North Pacific Group, a building products distributor. Mike is a founding investor in Prolifiq and has also invested in and coached management of many small, high-growth businesses.

 

Daniel Brody,

Daniel Brody, Director

Daniel Brody is the Founder and President/CEO of Health Data Services, a company providing practice management software and services and clinical software to physician practices. He is also the Manager of Greenwood Partners and an Advisor to ArcheMedX, a novel medical education platform. Daniel is a frequent lecturer at various schools at the University of Virginia (UVA).

Daniel's business experiences include Federated Department Stores, faculty member of Indiana University (PA), Unisys Corporation, and Insmed, a publicly traded biotech company. Daniel also served as a member and as Chairman of the Board of the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (Virginia Medicaid).

Daniel has served on many boards, including the Indiana Hospital Corporation, the Indiana Parking Authority, the Charlottesville Learning Center, the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation, Congregation Beth Israel, and UVA's Strategic Planning Committee. He is currently on the board of UVA's Emergency Medicine Department and UVA Hillel.

Daniel is a 1973 graduate of UVA with a degree in Economics. In 1975, Daniel earned a MBA from NYU.

 

Roger Pringle,

Roger Pringle, Director

Roger is a founding investor and previous Chairman of the Board of Directors for the company. Roger is a Principal in The Pringle Company (TPC). TPC is a well-known executive search and management consulting firm, which Roger founded and serves as President. Roger also serves on the boards of directors of OraSure Technologies, Inc. and North Pacific Group, and on an Advisory Board for Tsongas Litigation Consulting. Roger previously served on the boards (fiduciary or advisory) of West One Bancorp, Bank of the Northwest, Rosen Products, Berwind Industries, Systran Financial Services, Agritope, Inc., Epitope, Inc., and Veris Industries.

 

Jim Cady,

Jim Cady, Director

Jim Cady is the Executive Vice President of Products, Operations, and Connected Vehicle Services at Sirius XM. Prior to joining Sirius XM in February of 2014, he served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Slacker Radio, a leading streaming music service provider.

Jim has 30+ years of proven success in high-technology companies. Prior to Slacker, he had key leadership positions at a number of high-tech companies, including Rio Digital Audio, a pioneer in the digital audio market. He has also served as a board member at a number of startup companies. Jim has numerous industry honors, most notably a “Silver Anvil Award” from the Public Relations Society of America for best consumer products marketing campaign for Rio Digital Audio, in addition to more than 100+ best product awards from industry-leading publications. Mr. Cady holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Portland State University.
