For customers who procure a subscription from PROLIFIQ for the product Crush for Slack powered by Centro, the actual operation of the transfers from the customer’s Salesforce instance to the customer’s Slack application is done by Centro, LLC and its subprocessors. All data privacy protections and concerns related to this product will be handled in accordance with Centro’s privacy and data protection protocols as described on the Centro website. PROLIFIQ ACE, PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP and PROLIFIQ CRUSH are installable packages from the Salesforce AppExchange, each of which integrates with an individual customer’s existing implementation of Salesforce. When properly configured, PROLIFIQ ACE, PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP and PROLIFIQ CRUSH will run within an existing Salesforce instance without the need to view, manipulate or configure the application outside of the Salesforce user interface. PROLIFIQ services are entirely performed within the customer’s existing implementation of Salesforce when the customer has properly configured the PROLIFIQ services.
